The fact that I have so much weight to lose well over 40kgs here is a little peek at where I was to where I am now....
Back in 2008 I put on 40kgs whilst being pregnant with Harrison however I lost most of that after the birth but always managed to never get back under the 100kg mark and over the last year I have put most of the baby weight back on through no fault but my own....But it's only after the last round of Michelle Bridges 12wbt that I've come to understand myself so much better and SOME of the reasons why I do things...

7.1.2010: 135kgs

Start weight before preseason:132kgs
During preseason I lost 5.9kgs
Week 1: 126.1kgs
Week 2: 123.2kgs
Week 3: 121.9kgs
Week 4: 121.5kgs
Week 5: 121kgs
Week 6: 122kgs
Week 7: 120.3kgs
Week 8: 119.1kgs
Week 9: 173.3kgs
Week 10: 118kgs
Week 11: 117kgs
Week 12: 116.5kgs
OK so from Preseason till week 12 I lost 15.5kgs
However during week12 I had a miscarriage so I can see how my weight lost wasn't consistent mainly due to the fact that I was pregnant from week 6 on wards.....I have put on a little well to be honest a lot of weight during Christmas, New Years and My Birthday however I have been trying to work hard during preseason to get the scales back down but haven't quiet made it...
